The BPQJ series Mining Explosion-proof and Intrinsically-safe Combined Frequency Conversion Starter is mining explosion-proof and intrinsically-safe Exd [ib] I. It is composed of a variable-frequency speed control system, an electrical control system, a display system and a parameter setting unit. It applies advanced IGBT frequency control and vector current loop control theory to the speed regulation device with high degree of automation and leading technology. Tests and inspections such as flameproof, cyclic damp heat test and electric property have been conducted for the device, and relevant certificates have been obtained. The VFD has perfect protection functions such as short-circuit protection, overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, under-voltage and over-temperature protections. The VFD core is the IGBT semiconductor switching device, adopting the mature high-quality device of German INFINEON; the drive circuit adopts an integrated circuit with high precision designed with imported chip. Through controlling the software design, it can rapidly handle various external input orders and cope with emergency circumstances. Under the non-stop circumstance, the system can automatically remove some errors so as to reduce frequent participation of users.

The BPQJ Series Mining Explosion-proof and Intrinsically-safe Combined Frequency Conversion Starter can be used for regulating the speed of mining belt conveyor motors, applicable to frequency conversion driving system of synchronous or asynchronous motors. This product belongs to two-quadrant working system and it can meet the starting and speed governing requirements of asynchronous motors for mining belt conveyors and scraper.
